Project Pasta being our first pop-up, we hold this concept near and dear to our heart. We experiemented with handmade pasta of all different shapes and paired them with intricate sauces.
We also experimented with the customer experience, naming items with pop culture references and featuring relevant media to browse simultaneously with the menu.
During our first pop-up, we proudly delivered over 30 hungry college kids meals at no cost. The one catch: they had to provide us feedback so we could make their experience better the next time.
