We've all seen the scene in Goodfellas where Paulie puts his heart and soul into slicing garlic with a razor blade. We do the same with this ravioli, using hand-made pasta, stuffing it on one side with our signature vodka sauce, and the other with a garlic ricotta blend. Finished off with a garlicky butter sauce on top.
